a) There is already a Code violation due to the trailer already on the property.
b) This is not the intent of the CUP provisions as the property is not really
an industrial use.
e) There' is no problem with fire protection on the property.
d) 44th Street has a right-of-way width of only 50 feet.
e) An improvement agreement is needed for 44th Street.
f) Sidewalks should be installed along Main Street.
