Dear Mr. Merx,
This memo is in reference to the proposal to use the
existing building facility at 4404 Main St. for church services.
The requirement needed to make this site feasible for use is to
have a 1 hour fire wall installed on the east outside wall.
The time allowed by the City Of Springfield Development Services
to have this wall installed is 4 months from the date that the
tenant first occupies the property, which is Dee:. 1, 19lHL J",,- I 1'1'10.

Both the tenant, The Door Christian Fellowship Church, and the
owner of the property, Sharryl Rogers, understand that failure
to comply with this requirement in the allowed time would
mean that the tenant would have to vacate the property immediately.
