Listed below are our comments for the above referenced development proposal:
I. The Springfield Utility Board Watel Division Engineering Department has no objection
to the proposed major site plan modification. If any change is service is required for this
development, please contact SUB to get further information,
2.Springf1eld has several wellhead protection areas. Ninety percent of Springfield's

groundwater contamination. Contractors/developers/owners shall be responsible for the
