Please be advised that the City will accept an expedited Major Site Plan Modification application tor
the BLM Warehouse expansion. Depending upon the date of complete application submittal,
issuance ot a staff report and decision will be timed to closely tollow the conclusion of the required 2
week public notification period (and allow sufficient time for staff review and comment). If you have
questions about expedited review tees (ie. amount), please contact the Planner on Duty at 726-3753
and they can complete a fee calculation for you. Please let me know it you have any questions.
