Additionally, even if it is used only occasionally, the parking lot would have to be developed to Springfield Development Code standards with a driveway entrance, paved surface, parking space striping, curbing around the edges, landscaping, and stormwater management facilities. A shared parking agreement with the property owner would have to be executed and recorded at Lane County Deeds and Records. Please let me khow if you have any questions about this process.
