Hi Jim, the expedited review can be done as previously discussed. However, because the expedited fees weren't paid at
the time of submittal, the proposal is currently on a normal review schedule. Based on the number of land use
applications ahead of you in the queue, I would expect a decision should be issued within 40-45 days fromthe date of
submittal (ie. on or before March 6, 2009). With an expedited request, the decision could be issued in about half that
time (ie. 20-25 days). Please let me know how you wish to proceed. Thanks

I have submitted the AFRCC-II Site Plan Mod last week.
OMD still desires the review be expedited for the additional fee. I will need to pay the additional sum
for the review, unless you indicate a cycle time that might be acceptable to OMD.
