Jim: The total expedited fees would be $12,993.10, of which $4,437.70 has been paid already. The outstanding balance
is $8,555.40.
Also, please note that with an expedited request the Final Site Plan submittal is also expedited, so the fees are
correspondingly higher. Therefore, the Final Site Plan and Development Agreement fee will be $1,283.31 when it is
submitted. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
