As I mentioned earlier, I do not know whether this ROW was vacated or not. If it turns out that it was
not vacated, then I would suggest a Development Issues Meeting tQ identify issues before anyone applys
for vacation,

Rhonda Perkins of ElderHealth & Living called last week regarding'an unused portion of S, 58th Street between
their Cascadeand Mt. Vernon Home (see the attached maps), I have not been ableto find,any evidence that this
has been vacated yet. If you have.any information on this section of right of way, could you let me know? Also if
this company were to apply for a Vacation,would the City support this request? I'd like to be abie to give her
some information before she spends the time and money to submit an application,'
