1. Tree felling and removal methods shall be consistent with accepted industry
standards.
2. The haul route for removed materials shall be via Main Street/ Highway 126 to
1-5,
9, Plastic construction Fencing shall be installed where indicated on this plan to
protect existing trees to remain. (See Detail 1 this sheet for fencing
installation)
4. Protective fencing is to remain in place for the duration of construction.
5. No staging of materials or dumping of any debris is permitted within the fenc.ed

6. No excavation, grading, construction or landscaping activity shall take place
within tree protection areas without the approval of the Architect.
,. At tree protection areas, irrigation plans will be desigrled to minimize tree root
damage. Trenches shall be cut radially (not perpendicular) to root systems and

protection areas of trees to remain. .

Landscape Architect. All roots 2 inches in diameter and larger must be cleanly
severed using an approved saw.
Gf. At tree protection areas, no roots shall be cut or torn during trenching with
power equipment such as backhoes or trenchers. utility lines and irrigation
piping shall be installed by hand digging, tunneling under roots or using
pneumatic excavation as necessary, to avoid cutting roots 2" and larger.
