Bicycle Parking-Facility Improvements
A. Bicycle Parking Locatian and Security,
1. Bicycle parking shall cansist af a securely fixed structure that supparts the bicycle
frame in a stable pasitian withaut damage to. wheels, frames ar companents and
that allaw the frame and bath wheels to. be lacked to. the rack by the bicyclist's awn
lacking device; and be provided within a canvenient distance af, and clearly visible
from, the main entrance to. the building as determined by the City, Bicycle parking
racks, shelters ar lackers shall be securely anchared to. the graund ar to. a structure,

may be eligible far a reductian af Transpartatian System Develapment Charges if the City
Engineer determined a decrease in vehicle trips will result.
