The comments below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use I decision. Please contact me with any questions. i , I Site Description I The subject site is located' at the northwest 1360 M6hawk Blvd. The applicant is proposing all addition and remodel of the building and improverVent and reconfiguration' of the site. The proposed improvements shown in the right of way include a new curb cut and,driveway, relocation of the existing public sidewalk, planter dtrip, bicycle parking, benches, etc. Finding: The proposed improvements shown in the right of way (including a new curb cut and driveway, relocation of the existing public sidewalk, planter strip, bicycle parking, benches, etc) can be permitted through a combination of sidewalk, driveway.and curb cut permits. Finding: Pursuant to Chapter 3.03.4.A of the City's Engineering Design Standards and Procedures Manual and Section 4.4 of Port Ian d's, Storm water Management Manual, solid waste storage areas shall be covered and hydraulically isolated from potential stormwater runoff, and directed to the sanitary sewer system. Recommended Condition: The applicant shall cover, hydraulically isolate, and drain to sanitary sewer, the solid waste storage area.' Finding: Storm water drainage from the site currently drains to existing unfiltered catch basins. Recommended Conditioq:To comply with Sections 4.3-110.D & E of the Springfield Development Code, stormwater runoff from the site shall be directed into filtered catch basins prior to discharge into the public system.
