Springfield Development Code Section 5.4- 105 and Oregon Revised Statutes 227.178 require the City take final action on a limited land use decision within 120 days after the application is deemed complete. The 120-day processing period for this application begins when all the missing information is submitted or when you request that the City proceed without the information.
