Auto sales businesses are not permitt~d in a C-2 (Commu- nity commercial district) zone without first obtaining a Conditional Use Permit at the option of the Springfield Planning Commission, The property at 5720 Main Street is currently under a Resolution of Intent for zone change from R-A-'(Subu- rban Residential) to C-2. 7' 2.
