Dear Mr, Atwood
A recent inspection of you business property at 5720 Main Street,
Springfield, Oregon found it to be in violation of two City zon-
in9 ordinances (see copies attached), The violations are as
foll ows:
1. Auto sales businesses are not permitted in a C-2 (Commu-
nity commercial district) zone without first obtaining
a Conditional Use Permit at the option of the Springfield
Planning Commission.
The property at 5720 Main Street is currently under a
Resolution of Intent for zone.change from R-A (Subu-
rban Residential) to C-2.
2. All parking lots used for outdoor vehicle sales areas
must be of a .~: durable, dust-free surfacing of asphaltic
concrete",. or other approved materials,.."
Therefore, this is your notice that on or before December 30, 1977,
either the above violations must be abated or the vehicles must be
removed from your business property and all auto sales discontinued.
Unless you comply with these requirements, or show cause why they
should not be complied with, further action will be taken under the
Codes' of the City of Springfield, Oregon, ,
