REQUIRED INSPECTIONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made at the proper time. To request an inspection, call 726-3769
(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspection. Requests
received before 7,00 a.m. will be made the same working day, requests made after
7:00 a,m will be made the following work day.

Some of the trips generated by the development will be pass-by trips. In the case of new
development, trips will be attracted from the passing traffic on adjacent streets. Thus, when
forecasted trips based on the trip generation rates are distributed to the adjacent streets, some
reduction may be applied to account for those trips already there, which will be attracted to the
....v...v"OO development. However, as a conservative approach, no trip reduction factors for pass-
by trips were applied to the site generated traffic in this report.
Trip Distribution/Traffic Assignment
Site generated trips were distributed onto the adjacent road system based on existing traffic
volumes at the Main Street intersections with 54th Street, Eugene-Springfield Highway, and 58th
Street. The resulting trips were distributed as follows:
