AGREEMENT FOR BPA SPONSORED ENERGY AUDIT
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has selected Brown and
Caldwell to conduct a pilot program of energy audits for commercial
power customers. The Commercial Audit Program (CAP) is funded
completely by BPA through a contract with Brown and Caldwell to
audit a variety of commercial businesses. We offer an energy audit
to Citizen's Valley Bank.

To begin the audit, we must have your agreement not to allow
more than one BPA energy audit at the site of this energy survey.
In addition to this requirement, we request your permission to
obtain energy use information from the utility companies that serve
you,
Within 30 days after receipt of this letter agreeing to the terms
above, we will begin the energy audit of your building. In the
audit we will analyze your energy use and make recommendations
which may net significant savings for Citizen's Valley Bank. Upon
completion or the analysis, we will prepare a report setting forth
our recommendations. You will receive our. final audit report
within 45 days of the date of the on-site survey of your building.
Please indicate your agreement by signing below and return a
copy to us a~ soon as possible. We at Brown and Caldwell look
forward to providing this BPA-sponsored service to you.
