You have been contacted by phone by Development Services staff regarding the open and accessible building. Vhile corrective action was taken and some windows boarded up, others have been broken and rear doors are open. Sections 5-1-1 (3) (a), 4-2-6 and 4-2-9 of the Springfield City Code (copies attached). An accumulation of household garbage exists at the above location. Garbage is located at the rear of the building. The structure must be immediately enclosed and made inaccessible. The garbage must be cleaned up and removed. If you wish to meet with the Code Enforcement Officer to further discuss the violation, you may attend an informal conference on April 9, 1990 at 8:00 a.m. at the Oevelopment Services Department, 225 5th Street, Springfield (726-3759). If this time-is not convenient and you wish to schedule another time, you must do so prior to 4:30 p.m. of the day before the scheduled conference.
