RE: Portable Sign
It is our practice to notify businesses when we have noticed, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code on your property.

Information has been provided to me by Code Enforcement stafT indicating you have a portable sign
located on your lot. A portable sign is a sign which is not pennanently anchored to a building or to the
ground, Portable signs are not allowed to be placed eilher in the right of way or on private property, I
have enclosed the Code section for your infonnation, The portable sign needs to be removed within the
nexl seven (7) days.
