SUBJECT: Unsafe Structure at~60~' 5610 and 5676 Main Street, Springfield
Oregon . .
Dear Property Owners:
The structure located at the above referenced addresses, more particularly
described as Lane County Assessor's Map #17 02 33 41, Tax Lot #03000 is a.
dangerous or unsafe building as described in Section 203 of the Springfield
Building Safety Code Administrative Code. Please refer to the attached copies
of these Sections. Our records indicate that you are the owners of this
property. Ye have made several attempts to contact the local phone numbers that
are listed on the site, but have been unable to reach anyone.
The windows in the front of the structures are broken with glass pieces still
attached in the window frames. There is also broken glass on the property.
Section 204 of the Springfield Building Code Administrative Code requires that
all structures found to be unsafe or dangerous must be repaired or demolished.
Corrective action must be taken immediately because of the potential for injury.
The windows must either be replaced or the structure must be secured in order to
prevent entry.
