Rather than issuing a citatio,n or taking immediate legal action, it is the City's standard practice to inform citizens of the violation and request that it be corrected within a reasonable time. The attached form specifies the violation, the corrections necessary in order to comply with the applicable Code/Ordinance and the date by which your corrective action must be completed. Trailers may not be used as offices. Mobile homes, ap'proved for commercial use only, may be used as temporary offices in Commercial Zones during construction of a permanent building provided that a Site Plan is submitted to and approved by the Planning ~ Development Department. (A building permit application for a permanent structure must also be submitted as part of site plan approval) . REQUIRED CORRECTION: Use of the trailer as an office must be discontinued.
