Dear Business Owner or Manager:
Your property at 5395 Main Street is in violation of the
Springfield City Code and/or Ordinances. Rather than issuing a
citatio,n or taking immediate legal action, it is the City's
standard practice to inform citizens of the violation and request
that it be corrected within a reasonable time.
The attached form specifies the violation, the corrections
necessary in order to comply with the applicable Code/Ordinance
and the date by which your corrective action must be completed.
The City appreciates your anticipated courtesy and cooperation.
If you have any questions regarding this letter, the violation or
the required correction, please contact the Springfield Planning
and Development Department (726-3753).
In the event that you have not taken corrective action by
June 27, 1986, this matter will be referred to the City
Attorney's Office for further action.

Section 36.160 of the Springfield
Development Code relative to the use
of trailers or mobile homes .as
offices in Commercial Zones.
Trailers may not be used as offices.
Mobile homes, ap'proved for
commercial use only, may be used as
temporary offices in Commercial
Zones during construction of a
permanent building provided that a
Site Plan is submitted to and
approved by the Planning ~
Development Department. (A
building permit application for a
permanent structure must also be
submitted as part of site plan
approval) .
REQUIRED CORRECTION:
Use of the trailer as an office must
be discontinued. Please contact the
Springfield Planning & Development
Department for more information
regarding offices in Commercial
Zones.
