Dear Ms. Courtright:
The Springfield Building Code Administrative Code provides that in
order fDr a permit to remain valid, the work which has been authorized
by the permit must begin within 180 days of the date of issuance, and
an inspection must be requested at least every: 180 days in order for
your permit to remain valid. '
According to:our records, you obtained a permit to construct an
addition to your mobile home located at 5335 Main Street 1148,
Springfield, Oregon on November 2, 1987. The last recorded inspection
was requested on July 17, 1990. This letter is to notify you that
your permits have now expired.
