Mobile homes are permittea only in mobile home parks
ana mobile home subaivisions.
The mobile home must be removea from the property.
I have contactea you on several occasions regaraing
this violation ana although you have agreea to remove
the mobile home, it has not yet been aone.
If you wish to meet with the Coae Enforcement Officer
to further aiscuss the violation, you may attena an
informal conference on March 9, 1989 at 10:30 a.m. at
the Planning ana Builaing Department, 225 N. 5th
Street, Springfiela (726~3759); If this time is not
convenient ana you wish to scheaule another time, you
must ao so prior to 4:30 p.m. of the aay before the

This letter is in response to correspondence received, asking
that a gutted mobile home frame be removed from 5272 Main St,
Springfield, Oregon. It is our intention to comply with the
Springfield city code, and have taken steps to that effect.
In order to legally move the frame, the permits must be attained
from the Oregon Hiway Department and the Department of Motor
Vehicles. Before these permits can be obtained and the frame
removed, a suitable moving company must be reached. This has been
our difficulty. There are companies that will move the frame,
however, there seems to be quite an extensive waiting list before
we can be helped by these services.
I repeat our intention for full compliance of the cities request
and will see to it that they will be fulfilled before May 1, 1989.
Your fairness in this matter has been greatly appreciated.

This letter is in lieu of a Form 113 (Certificate of Taxes Paid), and issued
in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Division Registration and Title Manual,
Number 70-01, Mobile Homes, effectiv" September 9, 1985, page 3 of 6.
A 10 X 46 Terra Cruiser mobile home does not appear on the 1988-89 Lane
County tax roll, and there are no taxes owing for the. current tax year ending
June 30, 1989.
