Field Observations and Comments
As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe compactive effort on bar run material for a garage located
at 545 Mountaingate Drive (Lot #1), A Bomag vibratory plate was used to compact the embankment. The material was
compacted so that no marks were apparent' in the grade, The fill material appears below optimum moisture and
relatively stable at this time as evidenced by lack of reaction to the grade to the vibratory plate, To the best of our
knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings,
specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Codes,
