As requested a representative of PSI was onsite to observe and document subgrade soils in lot 264 and driveway'
surbgrade for lots '264 to 268. Soils typically consist of a dark brown silly clay/clayey silt. The soil is moist Soil probe
, (5/8" standard) penetrations ranged from 1 to ,3 inches indicating a relatively stable grade at this time, Lot 264 has
standing water on approximately 20% of the pad. We recommend dewatering the pad and removing saturated soils to a
firm grade.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved
