CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR SEWER HOOKUP
Application is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
to connect the follm,ing described property to a city sanitary sewer line, owned
and maintained "y the City of Springfield, and I agree .to pay such a hookup charge
of $4.50 per front foot of the property for the first 150 feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of an assessment against the described
property. An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first 150 feet.
Property Description: Address: 5236 Main Street
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North right-of-way of McKenzie Highway with
the East 1 ine of the Patrick Gordon Donation Land Claim No. 46, in Township 17
South, Range 2 West of the Wi 1 lamette Meridian; thence along said North right-of-
way. line North 89044' West 1255.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 0016' East 441.95 feet more or less to the North line of said Claim; thence
along said North line South 89054' West 210.40 feet to the Northwest corner of
said Claim; thence along the West line of said Claim South 0036' West 240.60 feet;
thence South 89044' East '113.00 feet; thence South 0016' West 200.00 feet more or
less to the North right-of-way line of the McKenzie Highway; thence South 89.44'
East 100. feet to the true point of beginning in Lane County, Oregon. Except
that part which lies south of a. line 240 feet north of the center line of Main Street.
Sewer hookup charge.: front feet @ $4.50 per front foot =

This agreement has been computed as being one-half (~) of the equivalent cost
of an eight (8) inch lateral sanitary sewer at the rate of $4.50 per abutting

sewer user charges; plumbing permits or other such costs to be assumed by the
property owner. .
