Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brashnyk:
This letter will summarize the results of the Development Review Committee
meeting held on August 27, 1987.
The following items are required in order to complete your proposal to convert
a single family residence to a DarDer shop:
1. Installation of a 7 foot wide sidewalk along ynur entire Main Street
frontage.
2. Street trees need to De installed along your Main Street frontage at 30
foot intervals. Enclosed is a list of pennitted street trees.
3. All parking shall De paved and striped. Parking stalls that aDut
landscaping or Duildings need to De provided with wheel stops. The Final
Site plan needs to show the exact location of all parking stalls.
4. One Dike rack needs to De installed.
5. A coPy of the joint use parking agreement and the deed for this property
need to be submitted.
6. A 10 foot pUDlic utility/sidewalk easement is needed to accommodate the
installation nf the sidewalk and street trees. Once we receive the deed we
can prepare the form for the easement.
7. No additional curb cuts will be approved for this development.
A final site plan needs to De submitted incorporating the changes listed aDnve.
Once you submlt the final site plan and sign the required Development Agreement
(enclosed) building permits may De obtained. Please note that the improvements
need to be installed prior to approval for final occupancy by the Building
Saf~JY Division.
