Subject: Special Use Permit for Auto Storage at 5251 Main Street

Dear Mr. Eastburn:
As you are aware on December 4, 1985 the Springfield Planning
Commission granted a Special Use Permit for the storage of automobiles
at 5251 Main Street. Along with the granting of the Special Use Permit
the following conditions were required:
1. Approval of a site plan.
2. The Special Use Permit is only for the northerly 250 feet of Map
No. 17-02-33-31 Tax Lot No. 7201, currently fenced.
3. No automobiles shall be vi sib 1 e above the fence from ground 1 eve 1 .
4. No autobodies or auto parts shall be stored, except in an enclosed
structure.
5. No wret:ked and inoperable vehicles shall be stored.
I have enclosed an application for the Development Review Committee to
review your site plan as required in condition #1 above. Your site
plan must be applied for within 30 days from the date of this letter
(January 4, 1986).
