incomplete at this time.
As we discuSS~d, you are required, as a condition of your Special Use Permit,. to submit a
site plan for City approval. W~ also.discussed what drawings are necessary for submittal.
You were also sent a copy of Article 18 of the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code which
lists what must be included on your drawing_ The drawing you submitted does not include
all necessary information.
As listed in Section 18.04(E)(4,6,7,8,9) you must also include the following information
on your drawi ng: 'j:
-Existing landscaping
-Condition of streets and sidewalks
-Location and width of curb cuts
-Location and type of street lighting
-Location of traffic control devices, water and gas meters, fire hydrants, transformers,
powerpoles, etc. (whichever applies to your situation)
In addition, please indicate on the drawing where vehicular movement takes place around.

The Development Review Committee cannot schedule a review of your site plan .until a
