prospective conceptual plans. Conceptual Plan A - development of two multi-tenant ~ommercial buildings
including retail sales and eating and drinking establishment uses including parking a~d landscaping.
Conceptual Plan B - potential' development consisting of 2,500 sq ft drive-through eating and drinking
establishment, a 3,000 sq ft multi-tenant commercial building and a two-story multi-family use with 12 one and
