Guenter: All utilities required to serve the new parcel will have to be installed to the property line or building envelope
area, as appropriate. This includes extending underground power from the nearest connection point along the frontage
of the adjacent tax lot. This requirement will be communicated to the applicant at the pre-submittal meeting
tomorrow. Thanks

I see that the next meeting (pre,submittal) for 1742 Delrose Ave is scheduled for June 2nd. Will Mr. McKee
need to install his underground electric service prior to final plat on this partition? I have not had any cost
inquiries for electric service from Mr. McKee since I attended the April 24th 2008 development issues meeting.
Thanks for letting me know if I need to work on a plan and cost for this customer.
