Robert: Planning has not received confirmation of an Elevation Certificate for this dwelling, y.,hich is a requirement of a
previous Floodplain Overlay District approval issued 7/24/2008 (SHR2008-00006). I understand that Building also
requires this certificate prior to issuance of final occupancy. Please advise the property owner of this requirement at the
upcoming final inspection. Thanks
