SPRINGFIELD "- CITY OF SPRINGFIELD Office of Community & Economic Development Planning and Development Department July 9, 1986 * ~nn;. ,l.~ ~ 6345 Mai n Stree_t ~ ~prlngTl~lo, ~egon 974n " Subject: Home Occupation Permit Application Dear Mr. Covert: Your application was received for a home occupation permit at 6345 Main Street. It appears the home occupation you are proposing would meet the criteria with one exception. You have signed that you meet the criteria of the Code, however, Condition #5 ,states "Only family members who reside at the dwelling may be employed". Your application lists both yourself and Mr. Jack R. Tomlin Jr., 404 North 67th Street. By listing Mr. Tomlin it is my understanding you intend to employ him at this address, therefore, the criteria in the Code is not complied with. You have two options at this point: 1) have Mr. Tomlin apply for his own home occupation permit at his residence, or 2) remove Mr. Tomlin from the application form.
