For your Information:
The City of Springfield wishes to inform you that a City accepted
sewer line has been constructed abutting your property.
You will not be required to connect to this sewer unless you have a
septic tank failure.
In the event that your septic tank does fail, you would be required
to hook to the sewer and pay a sewer assessment cost of approximately
three cents ($0.03) a square foot, plus a dollar ($1~00) permit fee.
