your property to the City sewer.
Enclosed you wil I find a computation of your sewer assessment
for the full utilization of your porperty. In the event you wish
to hook up a dwelling only a different computation would be used.
If this letter does not anSwer all your questions, please do

THIS AGREEHENT Hade and entered into this ~ day of August,
1963, by and between HERHAN FRANCIS SANDERS and HANNAH SANDERS,
husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as First Parties, and
EDWARD H. LANGELIERS and EDNA LANGELIERS. husband andwife, here-
inafter referred to as Second Parties;

That in consideration of the stipulations herein contained
and the payments to be made as hereinafter specified~ First Parties
agree to Bell, and Second Parties agree to purchase the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lane, State of

corner of the Thomas J. Haynard Donation Land Claim

Willamette Meridian, and running thence North 7.l~
chains; thence South 890 4~' East 2.80 chains; thence
South 7.1~ chains to s~id north highway right of way
1ino; thence North 890 ~4' West 2.80 Chains to the
place of beginning, situated in Seotion 3~ of said
township and range, in Lane County, Oregon;

for the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED and NO/IOO DOLLARS
($1~,~00.00). on account of which $1,500.00 is paid upon the execu-
tion and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
and the remainder of said purchase price in the sum of $12,900.00
shall bear interest at the rate of 6~ per annum from August 25,
1963. and shall ba paid by Second Parties at Lane County Escrow
SQrvice. Inc.. 978 Oak Street. Eugene. Oregon. as follows:
Not lesa than $100.00 on the first day of October, 1963.
and not les8 than $100.00 on the first day of each and
every month thereafter until said principal and all
accrued interest shall have been fully paid; all pay-
ments as made to be applied first to accrued interest
on unpaid balances of principal to date of payment. and
the remainder on'the principal.
Second Parties ahall have the right to accelerate said
pa,'lIIents at any time, without penalty.
