Bypsum board capacity is reduced 50% for seismic loading, Also note the seismic evaluation in the calculations is not in accordance with procedures int he current code. Where is this noted on the plans? 16) Only 2/3 of the dead load of the structure may be used when evaluating overturning forces from wind loads.
