Detaill/A3,l specifies floor/ceiling assembly
FC-5107, which uses 2xl0 joists in the
assembly, Please provide specifications for a '
rated assembly using joists specified on the
plans, 2) Provide a copy of the specifications
fo rthe wall assembly listed in detaill/A3,l, 3)
A one hour occupancy separation is required
between the garage and the residence.
Specify the rated assembly and door that will
be used. 4) Guardrails atthe stair landing and
entry deck must be 42" in height. Please
revise detaill/A3.2. 5) The eave at the east
side of teh building may not project more than
12" from the building and must be of one hour

Please verify that the attic draft stop extends
