APPLICATION AND. AGREEMENT FOR SEHER HOOKUP
. Application is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
to connect the following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, o'<ned
and maintained by the City or Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hookup charge
of $4.50 per front foot of the property for the first 150 feet in depth to be
~erved by such city se,.,er line. in lieu of an assessment against the described
property. An additional $0.03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first 150 feet.

The Hest 93.905 feet of the Following:
Beginning at a point 2284.195 feet (by actual measurement 2264.195 feet) East of the
Northwest corner qf the Stephen D. Gager Donation Land Claim No. 45, Notification No.
7079, in To,~ship 17 South Range 2 Hest of the Hillamette Meridian, thence East 187.85
feet, thence South 464.24 feet to the North line of the McKenzie Highway, thence
North 890 50' West 187.85 feet, and thence North 463.30 feet, more or less, to the
place of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. Except the north 30'feet within the
North. 'A' Street right of way.

sewer user charges, plumbing permits or other such costs to be assumed by the
property owner.
