The, appeal must be submitted to the Development S~rvicesDepartmerit. 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, OR 97477, within 10 days of the Planning Commission's decision. The appeal must be in accordance with the Springfield Development Code Article 15, Appeals. The app~al must be submitted on a City form and a fee of $250.00 must be paid with the submittal. The fee will be returned to the appellant only if the City Council approves the Appeal Application.
