The applicant requests to chang~ the zoning from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. The proposed zone ,hange will make the zoning map consistent with the Eugene-Springfield Metro Area General Plan [)i~gram Medium Density .Residential designation and is not expected to be controversial. This application is a City- sponsored zoning map amendment.
