NDO Overlay District for Gateway Refinement Plan Area
Brenda: Can you please schedule me for the work session and a public hearing at the PC regular meeting on April 7,
2009. The topic will be Nodal Development Overlay implementation for the Gateway Refinement Plan Area. I would
think 30 minutes for work session, 45 minutes for public hearing. We can change the time allocations later if it's
warranted. Thanks
Karen: Can you please generate a new Planning case file for this Type IV Plan Amendment. Because this action was City
Council initiated (dating back to 2oo5l, there are no fees associated with this application. Thanks
I'm preparing the DLCD 45-day notice for mailout next week.
