Hi Amy, it could be scaled back to about 30minutes if necessary. I think the 60 minutes wa~ a placeholder if residential
properties along Deadmond Ferry Road were included in the nodal implementation. Howeyer, staff have excluded them
from the impl.ementation area so it shouldn't be too contentious. I,
