annexation issues.

Any and Bill- If this nodal overlay does go forward, what are the notice requirements and any possibilities for
confusion with the property owners I am working with on the NE Connector? I know they are outside of
consideration at this point, not being annexed, but I think a little extra communication from me - like
forwarding an email from Andy to me explaining what's going on - would be prudent. Do you concur? Thanks,
