I am writing in regard to your business at the subject address. This property
is a pre-existing, non-conforming Residential-Professional (RP) complex. Uses
in this complex are limited to offices for accountants, arChitects, attorneys,
engineers, medical and dental practitioners, planners, realtors and studios for
artists, interior decorators and photograPhers.
When I SPoke with you last week regarding to the nature of your business, you
indicated that you warehouse and sell computer boards and similar computer
products. It does not aopear from our discussion that your buSiness is related
to any of the uses permitted in this complex.
If you could provide me with a detailed written descriotion of your business.
and you can document how your business conforms to the permitted uses above, I
wi 11 be glad to review your situation with the Planning & Development Director
and contact you with his decision.
If your business falls outside the range of uses permitted in this complex, you
will need to relocate in an appropriate Community Commercial zoning district.
If you have questions about the RP uses allowed, please call this office at
your convenience.
