This letter is intended to clarify the st af-your approvals to improve the lot
adjacent to your office complex at 5892 Main Street.

Dear Dr. Roeder:
The two copies of your final site plan submitted on 4/13/88 are fine. I will
prepare a Development Agreement for your signature that will allow you to complete
everything shown on your plan. Please be aware that the Development Agreement
needs to be returned to us within 90 days.
The preliminary blading and rOCking you have proposed do not require permits,
however you are right about the need for a sidewalk permit. Please contact the
Building Division concerning this permit.
Although you are not proposing to install a storm drain now, you may want to
consider that portion of the system that will go under the sidewalk near the
northeast property line. Installation now could save you time and money when you
complete the remainder of your improvements. The Building Division can coordinate
any necessary permits at the time you request your sidewalk permit.
The plan review approval you received last August for all proposed
has expired. You may apply for a 180 day extension or you may simply

I failed to ask you how many sets of these
plans that you required. Since I have three,
I have given you two. If you need more, I'll
have evergreen make some copies.
Mr. Burnett is pushing some of the excess
fill material into the bike path area, and he
is also placing material from the excavation
into the mound areas on the East and West
boarder planting areas.
I would like to also excavate the side-walk
curb area while the cat is oresent, with
the intent of placing the sidewalk within the
next month or so (or when Walt's Concrete
has some slack time and free concrete) .
I assume that I need a permit do place this
improvement when I do it.
We are not placing the storm drain in the
lot at this time. Also, the only access from
our building to this lot at completion will
be via a self closing locking three foot
gate on the South end of the lot. The gate
was put in by myself last week.
