1) 5846 ~Iain Street - Daren Engle Real Estate. The readerboard sign which was
erected with no permit and in contravention of the Board of Appeals decision
relative to 'the Daren Engle request for a variance has not been removed.
Please initiate the appropriate action in order to secure compliance with
Section 9-7-11 (1) (c) of the Springfield Sign Ordinance. Copies of your
February 18, 1982 letter and Notice of Decision are attached.
