Non-Compliance With the Following Cases
1) 2798 "G" Street - Resident - violation of 5-1-1 (3) (d) and (j), Spring-
field City Code. Garbage is being stored in the, open on this property.
A portion was removed after receipt of my June 3, 1982 letter (copy
attached). However, garbage is still evident in the front yard.

1982 letter to ~Ir. Tom Large of Daren Engle Real Estate required that
application be made for a permit for the "reader board" which was to
be utilized as a permanent sign rather than one with changeable copy.
To date, no sign permit application has been submitted (copy of your
letter attached).
Please initiate the appropriate action in order to secure compliance at the"
above locations.
