This is your second and final notice requesting your cooperation
in conforming to the Municipal Code of the City of Springfield
and the Springfield Zoning Code.
Please find enclosed for your information and response a copy of
our letter to you dated July 10,' 1979.
Unless you contact Sally Johnson, Environmental Controller, City
of Springfield, regarding your retail plant operation at 5809'
East Main Street by August 1, 1979, this matter will be transferred
to the office of the City Prosecutor for the commencement of legal
proceedings.
