5, 1979 to apply to the Springfield Planning Commission for a conditional
use permit for your plant business located at 5809, Main Street,
Springfield, Oregon. Apply at the Springfield Planning Department,
126 North 4th Street, Springfield, Oregon, telephone 726-3759. The
filing fee for a conditional use permit is $100.00.
- If you do not submit an application for a" conditional use permit"
by September 5, 1979 and you make no attempt to bring your property
into conformance with City codes, further action will ,be taken under
the codes of the City of Springfield. Your anticipated cooperation
is appreciated.
