SUBJECT: Non-Compliance at the Following Addresses:
1) 548 North 53rd Place - Used materials are being stored in public view
at this location. After an October 4, 1979 letter from this office,
some of the debris was removed (copy of letter attached). HOl,ever,
8-10 old tires are still being stored in open view.
2) 5352 "D" Street - Household garbage, old tires, cardboard boxes, and
other used materials are being stored in public view at this location.
After an October 4, 1979 letter from this office, the garbage and some
used materials were removed (copy of letter attached). However, a
large collection of old tires still remain.
Be advised that the plant business at -'HOg Main Street (Ina and Willard
, .
Strong) has been terminated. All structures erected for the busIness have
been removed. i
