'At your request, I am writing regarding the City Building Division approval of
. construction fOr two professional office buildings at 5809 and 5811 Main Street,
Springfield, Oregon. Fer your reference, I have enclosed our computor record
of inspections and approvals for all work which has been completed on these
,two projects. A summary of these approvals is as follows: ,,,', ;" '
',1) Building Division Job #810168, shell for professional office building
'at 5809 Main Street finaled September 15, 1981.

,2) Building Division Job #810375, interior completion of lease spaces
for doctors offices at 5809 Main Street finaled and Certificate of
Occupancy issued September 18, 1981.
3) Building Division Job #810199, shell for professional office building
at 5811 Main Street finaled November 19, 1981.

Building Division Job #810770, interior completion of lease.space for
doctors office at 5811 Main Street'is still active. . A final plumbing
final mechanical, final Fire Department and final Building Division
inspection and approval is required prior to issuance of an Occupancy
Certificate for'this tenant.
There is still vacant .lease space available in the building at 5811 Main Street,
and the City Building Division will require permits, inspections 'arid approvals
prior to occupancy of the__currently 'unfinished po~tion of the ?uilding. '
