As 'per my telephone conversation with Tom in your Building
Department on May 26, 1993, I am requesting a 6 month extension
on our permit for the addition of a pay window at our East
Springfield location. The address at that location is 5803
East Main Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477. The original
permit number was 921324, dated November 2, 1992. We still
plan to do this exactly as original prints show, but
circumstances have prevented us from doing this job until
this summer.
